Portal Invites give HQ staff and chapter officers the ability to invite potential users to join MyDeltaSig, by creating an FSID account. Note that Portal Invites allow a potential user to bypass the "claim your account" process.

Interactions are used to track individual touchpoints with a particular Account or Contact. The concept is similar to Patriot's Journal entries with a type of call or email, but with added features and a higher level of accessibility. You can also attach Files to a specific Contact or Account.

Chatter is our go-to spot for internal communications. Think of it as the staff bulletin board, scoped to a specific object—like a Contact, Chapter or Higher Ed Institution. Chatter can be found on the right column, when viewing a single object.

A Group Role is Salesforce lingo for an officer. The Role indicates that a particular Contact holds (or held) a leadership position with a particular Group—such as a chapter, ACB or alumni association.

Reports allow you to run a search for objects in Salesforce, applying Filters to get exactly what you're looking for. This is similar to Patriot's Advanced Search for Chapters and People, but with much greater control over the output structure.
