Build up a new Report of all living members who were born prior to the year 2000.
In this Report example, we'll create a new Report and filter down to living members who were born prior to the year 2000. Let's get started!
This Report Type has a lot of default columns. Use the 🔽 next to Columns, and select Remove All Columns for a fresh start.
Visit the Reports page and click New Report in the top-right corner.
Search for and select Contacts & Accounts, then click Continue.
You can customize the columns, but try adding these 6 via the Outline tab:
First Name
Last Name
Birthdate
Chapter of Initiation
Initiation Year
Membership Status
Switching over to the Filters tab, let's start by resetting the default values:
Show Me > All Accounts
Created Date > Range > All Time
Now we're ready to add our 3 custom Filters:
Deceased > False
Birthdate > Operator Less Than + Date 1/1/2000
Contact Record Type > Member
Click Run in the top-right corner and your should see at least 55k results.
If you'd like to save this report, click the 🔽 in the top-right corner of the results screen, and select Save. Remember to keep the Report private, or put it in your department's folder.
