Adding a New Role

  1. To add a new/active Role, start by finding the Contact who has the new Role.

  2. Under Quick Links, hover over Group Relationships and click View Details for the relevant Group. This will open a new tab for the Group Relationship.

  3. Scroll down to Relationship Roles and click New in the top-right corner.

  4. The Relationship field will be auto-populated for you. Search for and select a Contact Group Role, add a Begin Date and click Save.

Hawt Tip

Whenever you're working with a lookup field—like the Contact Group Role above—note that you have to type at least 3 characters before results are pulled in.
