Files: Upload to a Contact/Account

In this tutorial, we'll take a look at file uploads on the Contact and Account objects. This is useful when you have a PDF or other file that needs to be associated with a specific record. Let's get started!

  1. To add a new File, start by finding the related Contact or Account.

  2. Under Quick Links, hover over Files.

  3. Click Add Files in the top-right corner.

  4. In the modal pop-up, click Upload Files in the top-left corner.

  5. Select and submit the necessary file(s) from your computer.

  6. Click Done once upload is complete, to see the new file.
